Each civilization or culture is endowed with examples of feminine supernatural powers. Egyptian and Greek civilizations are replete with goddesses of different shapes and orientations from where the people get their inspiration. In fact, some of them have crossed cultural currents in order to continue with the next set of people or generation. For instance, The Greek goddesses from Olympus simply acquired new names when they were adopted by pagan Rome such that Aphrodite simply became Venus, the goddess of love.

Waking Up WOKE: Gaslighting
The term “gaslighting” means a deliberate attempt to make one guilty even if he should not be. It is a simple procedural projection of having a person feeling remorseful about his act even if he shouldn’t be. Actually, the act wanted the culprit or culprits to change the situation or condition so that he or they would no longer feel guilty in the eyes of others or to escape the feeling of remorse. At its worst, gaslighting works in an extended period of time as a form of coercive control and even makes those who use it as the ones suffering or oppressed. Consider the recent brouhaha over Francis M and his mistress actually making a stir for having been silent for fifteen years. It is as if the world owes her an apology for being silent about her illicit relationship. This indeed is very WOKE.
As God is Their Witness
The present conflict between Israel and Hamas presents an update of a long existing conflict concerning between the resettled Jews and the people of Palestine. Even if the DNA typology of these peoples would show a common ancestry, it would be a futile attempt to establish peace between co-existing Israeli and Palestinian states side by side. The simple reason is that both their state religions are hostile to one another in a common claim that the lands that they both claim are God-given.
